Go with the 3 tpi
I understand the meaning and usage of the tpi. Bought both, 3 tpi and 4 tpi. 4 tpi wouldn't cut the simplest of meat properly, much less with a "smoother finish". They are now trash, do not make the same mistake. 3 tpi work phenomenal for EVERYTHING.
