The strainer is both well made and nice looking. Works well for straining small things like rice or rinsing some berries.

Maybe someone more familiar with culinary tools would have realized this, but the mesh is very, very fine compared to other sieves I have used. This is great for a light, decorative sprinkle. But if you are trying to sift even a TBS of, say, cocoa, you will likely want to have a spoon on hand to "push" it through.

Purchased this strainer to make red chili from New Mexico chili pods for my first time.Sought stainless. My preference is a rivited product.Took the strainer through the paces. No bending, deforming nor breaking.~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

I got this for a very specific filtering need and unfortunately it's too small for my application. the 3.3" diameter is accurate as described, I didn't realize how small that was beforehand. Overall quality and build seem decent. As I'm unable to test it fully in anything other than cooking, I've rated it 4 stars for that application. Double check your diameter needs before purchasing.

This stainless steel strainer is well made and versatile. I use it to strain juice and other things, as a flour sifter, and to dust powdered sugar on desserts. It works well for all of those uses, washes and dries without rusting as cheaper ones do, and looks nice amongst my other handy utensils. Packaged carefully and arrived quickly. Happy with this purchase.

This small sieve is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for dusting cinnamon over hot chocolate and whipped cream, dusting powdered sugar over cream puffs, or dusting paprika over deviled eggs. The handle is long and sturdy. The sieve screen is small enough to give a fine dusting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a "dusting" sieve.

The quality is very good, very fine mesh and it is robust stainless steel. I was happy to use it already in one of my recipes to mesh the resistant cacao flour. I recommend this product, and I would like to have it in another size, too.
