This works great for taking the buzzing vibrating sound out of my fountain pump. It cuts easy and I wrapped it around the pump and then used a zip tie to secure it because I wasn’t sure how well the glue would hold underwater and my pump is now more quiet. It still sounds like a pump running but it’s a quiet pump sound now instead of a loud buzzing vibrating pump sound.

It'll work for keeping the noise floor in a car lower but won't be as effective as actual sound deadening material. Very soft and can be used for vibrations or in-between speakers. Doing the knock on the car door test, it definitely doesn't make the door sound solid. Still sounds hollow unlike my front doors. Probably wouldn't buy again but still useful and sticks very well.

Picked this up during a car stereo install and used it around the speaker mount/surround area. The material is super soft and really easy to work with—cuts clean, bends where you need it, and doesn’t fight you during install. Adhesive is… adequate. Not insanely aggressive, but it holds fine as long as you prep the surface and press it in well. For the price and the amount you get, it’s a solid value. Not some ultra-premium deadening solution, but perfect for targeted use like speakers where you want a little extra dampening without going overboard. Simple, effective, and worth it for the money.

Needed thin sound deadening material for my cars rear package tray that was inexpensive. This worked great. Perfect amount needed to cover what I needed.

I bought a lot of this for the interior of my car. It works great. For some reason thos order no longer has the straight cut lines on the back so that you can easily get a straight cut. With the lines gone it makes it harder to cut straight with out having to get the ruller out and mark it then cut it.

I used this to put around my transmission tunnel. Seems to have done the job. Easy to apply and its very sticky. I would buy again

Con el rollo de 1,67m², me ha dado para aislar bastante un Peugeot 206. Pude hacerle pasos de rueda, puertas y parte del maletero, y la mejora es muy notable. No lo ha dejado silencioso, pero porque ni he hecho todo el coche, ni soy profesional y porque en general y por construcción del vehiculo va a haber ruido en el habitáculo. Pero realmente es mucho menos, antes en una nacional a 90 ya hablaba casi gritando, y ahora puedo mantener un tono normal. Fácil de instalar, solo hace falta tiempo que dedicarle al asunto en un sitio para hacerlo tranquilamente
