Very pretty. Sturdy. However, The water cup is sealed shut and the water bottelnis missing the nozzle. Broke my nail trying to open it. Not good. I was looking forward to using this item and can't.

They work great it is just the buttons are in the wrong spot for me personally, I keep cutting them off lol

Having a little difficulty operating then, the instructions are obviously not from an english speaking person, because the instructions are difficult to understand.

It didn't come with instructions & I'm trying to figure out how to open the water reservoir without breaking something. Help!

It heats up fast, and there are several settings to choose from. It is very difficult to get the water holder out, and the plug to put the water in. After all that work, the steam feature was pitiful, it's not like the picture.

I am not happy with this iron. The part that holds the water never empties to put steam in your hair at all, which is suppose to be to condition the hair. It's the same as using a regular flat iron and I have a ton of breakage from it! My hair constantly gets stuck in the clamp which causes breakage also. It's no good.

Thought is was smaller in diameter. Doesn't get as close to the sscalp, but does a great job.

They spray good but wet the hair to much and makes hair smell bad
