I have mostly used other brands in the past but decided to order these. The smoke quality was definitely better than most and the value for money is worth it for that alone. The only downside is that these burn way faster than most others I have tried so the hopper emptied extremely fast to the point that it ran out. I wish I could Fit more in at a time.

I used these pellets to supplement the apple and oak chips I already had, to smoke bacon and brisket. Turned out fantastic as suspected. I will try these alone to smoke homemade sausage as we prefer mesquite flavored sausage.
