So I took this medicine because I heard it helps me lose calories. At first, I didn't know, but after about a week, the scale that didn't move started to move little by little. It's not perfect yet, but the size of my body has gotten smaller, so I come out to shop and take pictures. I think it will help those who like carbs.

I have been taking this supplement along with a similar jelly-type version and occasionally the powdered form mixed with water, always following the instructions. For exercise, I started managing my fitness in November last year, training indoors once a week with climbing, doing hip-hop dance twice a week, and going for morning jogs twice a week. However, I didn’t particularly control my diet. As you can see in the video, my trousers are now so loose that I can fit a fist inside, turning them into an oversized fit. Normally, you’d expect such results only with strict dieting and proper strength training, but I genuinely believe this supplement helped me lose weight much faster.

If it continues to be effective after eating a whole bottle, I plan to continue purchasing it as a nutritional supplement.

Does not work as it’s promised. Do not waste your money. I have been using it for a month and no results.
