Good quality product... no leaks....proper fitting

Useful item but a lot of teflon required to seal the leakage

I am writing this review after one week usage.I got it the same day. Packaging was not perfect. It could have got easily damaged during transportation, but fortunately not in my case.Installation was not very complicated, but the hose end did not lock properly as the filter is missing en edge needed for the purpose (see photo). Initially, water was leaking, which arrested by itself as the time went. Even the vibrations due to washing machine operation did not trigger the leak again. However, I need to be careful the connection is not subjected to major shocks.After one week I checked the softness of feed water with TDS meter and find the same reading as for tap water!In summary, it seems to be just water tap filter, not a water softener as claimed. Locking with hose is not considered in the design and there is risk of water leakage.

The media could not be loaded. Wasted my money. Looks and built design is very good. However doesn't serve the purpose as it leaks. Don't buy.

This water filter is way better than the washing machine water filter sold by the major brand and that too in half the price. Worth the money.

Just a 4 hours before received the product.The product looks like used piece and yet to check about the leakage exists or not. I will update review once used.
