I inserted ice cubes into the pack, being the first time used, it initially reacted to the coldness if the ice, and there was droplets outside, however, that was it acclimatising to its first use, it was fine the second, third times. I found it very useful, the various sizes are practical too.I put one on my ankle, leg, and arm.Thank you.

Great quality and strong. I purchased the 9” ice bag for my sprained ankle and it’s a perfect size. When filled with ice it’s lighter than the bigger ones and fits better. It’s holds the ice well and keeps it cool when melted hours after.I highly recommend this product. After use it folds neatly into the small box that it came in.

Easy to use ( better than frozen peas) used on a shoulder for muscle pain , eased the pain within two uses and now my partner isn’t HALF as grouchy , would recommend !!!

Currently waiting to have a food allergy blood test and cannot have any antihistamines in the meantime. This has been an absolute life saver in relieving the itching and burning of my cronic hives. It holds a decent amount of ice, when flat it covers approx 5-6 inches. It's very good quality, has not leaked, it's flexible so it'd be good for injuries and covering awkward areas like elbows/ankles/knees etc. I'm very impressed.
