These vitamins are very large but it is so easy to swallow there are some people writing reviews saying they can’t swallow it but I can take a handful pills and swallow them with a sip of water and did not notice a struggle with this pill. I did not notice any aftertaste like some vitamins can give you. Because of the results I am receiving from this multivitamin that I have never felt with any other vitamin and at age 65 trust me I’ve taken a lot of vitamins. And this is 100% a great product that will give you what you need to get through your day and make you feel better. There’s really not much I can say to convince anybody to really buy this product but please don’t be discouraged by the other reviews about the pill being too large to swallow. When I open the bottle I was like wow this is a horse pill I don’t know well here goes nothing it went right down and I’ve not had a problem since. I am one that will read reviews and raise my reason to buy or not to buy from them but I’m so glad I went for it because I was in need of a good vitamin that would actually work and in some of the comments I read they were definitely talking about how pleased they were with the results. And now I can honestly agree with them and share in this review telling anyone that takes these vitamins and can get them down without an issue will be very glad they purchased these.

My doctor suggested I add a vitamin supplement to my diet, and this Amazon product is a good choice. It covers all the bases, is formulated for women my age, and is a very good value. The pills themselves are on the large side though. Overall though, I think they're helping.

I agree with one other review that said while the pill is large, it definitely goes down easy. I honestly was intimidated by the size and thought I wouldn’t be able to swallow it, but to my surprise, it’s shaped and coated in a way that goes down pretty easily. I also agree with others that the smell is strong, but as long as you swallow quickly and drink a few sips of water, the smell/taste is gone. I suffer from brain fog, fatigue, and low energy due to an autoimmune disorder. This vitamin has helped me with focus & energy levels throughout the day. I’ve had no issues with an upset stomach because I’ve always taken multivitamins with food. I’ve definitely found a new multivitamin that checks all the boxes for a 42 year old with an autoimmune disorder - most importantly, it’s cost-friendly. Lastly, I asked ChatGPT to rate the Supplement Facts (without providing any information about the brand/name). Surprisingly, it was rank much higher than traditional multivitamins. It also noted that the vitamins and minerals (as well as percentages) listed are great for women who have issues with inflammation, thyroid, PCOS, and insulin-resistance. I fall into 3 of those 4 categories.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this pill is difficult to swallow. It is big and it tends to get stuck on my throat everytime I take it. I have to mentally prepare myself to take it, eventhough I drink a lot of water with it. Besides the size, I have to say that I have changed from taking 8 vitamin pills to one pill only. Sometimes I add a vitamin C to complement my daily intake. This vitamin helps me to feel energized during the whole day.

Yes they are big and may taste a tad yuk but I found by cutting it in half, it's much easier to swallow and you don't get the taste so much. I think they work great as I've noticed a few changes in myself that are a plus, seriously. So I would definitely recommend at least trying them.

Cost effective. HUGE Pill. Cardboard taste, so be sure to sure take in one big long gulp. Would not order again

I am actually taking these!

I rarely write reviews but I felt like others should know that this vitamin has a very dangerous choking hazard. The pill is extremely large. There is no reason this pill should be this big! It’s very difficult to swallow and I also choke trying to swallow it with water. I even cut it in half which was worse! The jagged edge of the pill, after cutting it in half, went down my throat and I nearly choked to death. Also it has a bad aftertaste. Do not recommend.
