Beautiful jar and sturdy
Well packaged and looks beautiful. Nice jar. Great size and feel. Food does stay quite warm if you add boiling water to the jar and leave it for a couple of mins. A bit overpriced, but it's a Japanese product. Easy to wash the jar.

A waste of money -- didn't expect such disappointment from Zojirushi
Received someone's return. There were remnants of food in the container. Now utterly disgusted and won't come near the thing, no matter how thoroughly washed. Didn't expect this from Zojirushi.
