Pros:1. It is solid wood.2. The color is nice.3. The price is okay, but barely okay.4. Extra hardware was included.Cons:1. The solid wood is soft. You need to be extra careful not to overtighten screws. Some may strip the wood even with little pressure. I had one screw do this.2. The finish had a blemish on a corner where it had something touch it before it was dry. I can see it from a distance, but I know it is there or it likely would not be noticed. Sloppy work by the manufacturer.3. The price was barely acceptable for the quality. I would have liked to spend more and got something more substantial. I just need something until I get a built-in media center.4. Extra hardware was needed because they are made from cheap and brittle metal. It's the same junk included with a lot of other self assembly furniture.5. The wrong sticker was on two parts that correspond to the directions. I don't remember exactly what letter it was, but for example purposes I was looking for parts labeled with a C and they were incorrectly labeled with an E. More quality control issues and sloppy work.6. This thing took a lot longer to assemble than I expected. My new dog wanting to be in the middle of everything I was doing and taking tools didn't help! Don't let a young Malinois help build things!

There's always a 'first' - and this was it. Advertised vs. Reality . . . I got EXACTLY what was 'sold'! Dimensions were accurate. Color was correct. The finished product looked exactly as pictured. This was a pleasure to start with. Packaging left no room for transportation damage. After removing contents, assorting pieces by alphabet, time to read 'clear' instructions. My 89 year old brain actually understood these simple instructions. Although I did this in about 4 hours as a 'one-man' job you really need a stand-by person to help in flipping the product at times. When all was done, another surprise you just don't find very often: there were actually excess screws and pins plus a bag containing a second helping, just in case. This arrived on Monday and after unboxing it, we saw that many of the pieces had issues. We were willing to overlook most of them but the piece in the picture would be visible so there’s no way I could look at that every day. We contacted the seller and were told that the parts were out of stock. Amazon stepped in and resolved it by sending a whole new unit so we could pick out the pieces we needed, but honestly, this piece is not worth the effort. No quality control and the piece is not 100% wood. I would never buy this brand again.

After searching all over online and going to various furniture stores looking for a TV stand that would fit my space, I settled on this one because it was the width and color I wanted (tobacco brown). I agree with other reviewers that the price is on the high side but it's heavy and you get free shipping so I have to assume part of the shipping cost is buried in the price of the unit so it all evens out. I found this unit to be pretty easy to put together so I was pleasantly surprised because there were quite a few reviews mentioning how difficult the assembly was but I didn't think so - I'm just a chick with a drill and I got this thing together in a couple hours. Once I got it assembled I decided I liked it better without the doors attached so I left those off for now and I prefer this look. I've included a picture in my review. There were a couple scratches on it but nothing that stands out too badly and the unit was packaged very well and arrived with no damage. It's a sturdy piece and doesn't look cheap so I'd recommend.

Positives: it arrived with no damaged or missing pieces, including hardware. On the contrary, they give you extra hardware which I appreciated. Negatives: when the box arrived,, it was so heavy, trying to return really isn't an option. I've assembled A LOT of cam & pin furniture over the years and this was probably the most difficult. I didn't make any assembly mistakes (although it would be easy to), it was just very physically demanding, tedious, and time consuming (4 to 5 hours). Not worth the effort to save a little money. For me what was most disappointing is that I thought I was getting a "Tobacco" brown piece-- which is typically a very dark brown-- to match my tobacco brown dining room set. But it turned out to be medium brown. Nothing about it is "Tobacco" colored other than a few streaks of wood grain. I wouldn't even call it Mocha. Finally, like many have indicated on here, the wood IS VERY SOFT. Even lightly using your fingernail leaves a permanent scratch mark. By accident I barely tapped the side of the side of the frame with one of the other wood pieces as I was assembling it and it left a good size ding. I told my GF its as if the thing's made out of clay. I do not consider it a good value even though Amazon's price is much better than at other sites that sell this, as well.

As other reviewers have noted, the directions were easy to follow and pre-drilled holes were accurately placed. I'm not use to putting furniture together, but I was able to finish this cabinet in about 3 hours, with no yelling and screaming. Looks very nice and sturdy.

We’ve bought and returned lots of Amazon furniture, but this is better than some furniture I’ve purchased from furniture stores. Highly recommend. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.

Very nice. One corner damaged in shipment (in the front--naturally!) and I will be requesting replacement. Just a note: the wood is indeed very soft. Pieces are lettered with alphabetical stickers for identification. Just using my nail to try and remove them caused impressions in the wood. I would recommend a product like Goo Gone to harmlessly take them off. Color on my unit is a deep chocolate--not "almost black" as someone else mentioned.
