Great laptop and fantastic price. After using Windows 7 for many years, upgrading to Windows 11 seemed a huge step. But after a bit of trial and error it's so easy. Fast start up. Screen and sound quality is excellent. Lovely and lightweight as well. Excellent battery life. Depending on what your actually doing (browsing, streaming or using Office etc) battery can last upto 6.5 - 7 hours. Highly recommend.

When I ordered the laptop it said that it was one that was used. It was a far higher spec than an equivalent new one for the same price. When it arrived it was in perfect condition, but when I started it, it wouldn't connect to the router. After many attempts I found out what the problem was, the letters in the code on screen where different to what I was typing. The laptop came with a piece of paper saying who to contact if there was a problem, I phoned the number and this young lady apologised and said they would arrange for it to be collected . Next day it was picked up and 5 days later it arrived and this time worked perfectly.. I now have a high spec laptop for half the price of a new one. Excellent would definitely recommend this company.

A high performance and light weight laptop. It was easy to set up and install, and connected to the Internet with no problems. The gaming can be a little slow, but to open apps, work on, watch you tube etc, there is no problems at all.

Bought the used version and so far going well, it's fast feature packed with fast delivery...would've loved some free software like a virus checker or something...but great purchase

was sent back and did not get refund as it broke 2 weeks after i had it hope i will get a refund soon as it's been a long time bad

Pretty much did what I expected. I bought it because my other laptops were slow. Works well. My only critique is it needs one more "normal USB imo. I appreciate many use bluetooth to add printers but one more would have helped me.I have yet to use the camera but everything else seems ok I use it with a mouse.

can’t charge my headphones with usb c to usb c cable, annoying, otherwise, the port works. if anyone knows a fix let me knowthere is often a 10cm line of dust formed in the center of the screen horizontally and about 1/3th of the way verticallyI keep it always on battery saving mode (I don't need it for more, and it's running fast either way) and the battery lasts upwards of 4 hours on hotspot. Great!
