Clever system
Easy to assemble, purchased as have had a spine injury that has caused frozen shoulder to both shoulders! Double Whammy of pain & loss of internal external range. I need help to place above the door but love how fluid the pulley is and the movement momentum I can achieve within my pain free tolerance. Movement is key to keep what range I have at the moment without stretching or causing any additional inflammation. Item suggested by both Physio & MSK consultant. In for a long road of recovery but hoping this aid keeps me exercising & moving my shoulders!
