I have tried cheaper running belts before, but this one is worth the few extra dollars. The pouch is naturally small so it doesn’t move around if you’re only carrying gels and your keys. But it stretches to fit so much inside. I have an iPhone Pro Max that fits comfortably inside along with my keys and a few gels.

I like this. I use it for my large iPhone. While I always wish for additional room without additional size, I realize that to a point my wish becomes impractical. So… this will hold a large cellphone, say up to 6.5 inches encased, a credit card or two, or some cash. I wouldn’t place anything in it however, that might have sharp edges, due to the potential of wear and tear. I would say too, that it’s a tad overpriced. This item is quite basic and simple in design and manufacture, not rocket science… so, the price is a bit higher than the item is worth, in my opinion. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied.

Works well for holding phone while running with little to no bouncing.

I love how small it is with the feature for it to stretch larger. Great for use with my tandem tslim x2 insulin pump.

This belt was a game changer for jogging. Instead of having my pockets rock back and forth with keys and my phone, now everything fits snug in this belt.I've had it for about 2 years and just ordered another one. I like how durable and expandable it is to hold everything snugly. The belt is easy to adjust looser or tighter depending on what I'm wearing.In addition to jogging, I've used it on hikes and long walks. I even took it on a trip to Europe to hold my phone an extra cash for added security.

I bought it for my new TSlim X2 Pump, but I have used it, also for my S20 cell phone and it fits perfectly. I Pray it will last a very long time, so far so good, not a one complaint. I wear it daily at night for pump, I can put my phone in the pocket during the day and hook the pump on the belt, by the metal hook, and all is well. I highly recommend this belt, the best as I wear a lot of skirts as well and you don't even see it.

My son uses these fab belts to carry round his cgm and insulin pump. They are great.

I got this to hold my Galaxy S3 whilst running.When it first arrived I thought, oh, oh, it wont fit as the pouch seems like it is only a couple of inches wide!In fact the pouch opens out quite a lot and then easily holds the phone, with enough spare capacity for a few energy bars or similar items too.It feels very comfortable whilst running and has never felt like it will slip off my waist/hips.I have only had it a few months but I expect that it will last a good time as it is well made.

I've been using the spi belt for running for over 5 years and I can say that I truly love this product. You can carry your phone and keys easily and you don't feel the added weight. Absolutely amazing!!

Comfortable

Well I have type one diabetes and recently been under a new method of treatment. I am using the accu-chek aviva combo with a insulin pump.This spibelt is roomy! I can fit this meter along with the test strips and finger pricker and just about enough room left for some spare batteries for the meter and pump. You could fit more in if you don't mind not using the case for the meter but I like my meter to look in good condition.Any way lets get more into the spi belt. I have a 32" waist and fits quite nicely the belt is elasticated and is also adjustable. the bag is made of a thin but strong elasticated fabric. It really makes life a bit easier if your someone that has to carry extra stuff than the average person.I think the over all quality is brilliant for the price!
