Taken about 2 weeks but I am now feeling the benefits over the last 2 days will definitely keep on taking this

Really works had one shot per day knees felt great after 10 days .... it is a little expensive so sourced a cheaper version which equally works.

No noticeable difference
Tried this and finished the bottle taking the recommended dose each day - no noticeable difference for me at all. Expensive way to find out.
