Did what it is suppose to do. Easy to install following the instructions and following the vendor videos. Has resolved an issue of lose of prime and reduced the strain on the burner head pump. Result; better, and quieter running. This was a device recommended by my heating oil provider. He has used it on a number of installs and has had the same results I had found.

This Tiger Loop was the best addition to my oil fired boiler. Installation was easy and their customer service technician was always available or would return my call. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I have an outdoor oil tank with a single top feed in the North East. During extremely cold winter weather oil will not flow well as it thickens. Without using a Kerosine mixture with the fuel oil, the waxing fuel can stop the burner from firing. The cold temperatures also causes more air molecules to be present in the fuel. After installing the Tiger Loop and connecting it to my oil pump as a two line loop, i have a greater pull from the pump to the tank, and no longer have any issues with freezing fuel or air in the line. This is the third year using this product and my oil burner has never once shut down and i haven’t had to bleed the air from the lines. The only time i had to perform minor air bleeding is when i change the fuel filer and nozzle. After annual maintenance, i no longer have those issues. Please note that if you have other problems with your system, correct them before expecting this product to be a fix all. Have a professional service technician install this product if your unfamiliar on how to service fuel oil boilers. It will not take long and will ensure it is safely and properly installed.
