Comfortable light-weight durable boat shoe

I like them, but I got a 10 1/2 because of bunions. They are too big, what can I do to get a snugger fit and stop the slipping

Finally bought a new pair of boat shoes. These are a lot lighter and much more comfortable than the more expensive style. Really going to enjoy these. No complaints. Just have to order down a full size in any mephisto shoe I buy

Purchased these as a gift. He says they are very comfortable and wears them often.
