Found this a bit too watery and requires a few coats, although a good colour when done

I use this for Christmas cakes as I find white icing with gold decorations usually looks nice. Despite shaking bottle the consistency of this seemed a bit watery compared to previous batch I had which made me wonder if it was the genuine product? It was sealed when it arrived so had not been used but just seemed thinner. Easy to apply with food safe brush. Quite expensive for what it is but hopefully will have decent best before date on so last a while.

Brought this on a whim as I did not have in the colours that I needed for my child's tarantula cake. I was in a tight squeeze for completion time but the paint was brilliant. It is not strongly flavoured at all, this according to other as my taste has been lost thanks to C19! There coverage is absolutely brilliant as the first photo shows that is one layer of the T's leg and a second one was not needed at all. Super easy to use with a paint brush and washes off surfaces easily. The only downside I had was that the paint takes a while to dry, as with any paint. As I was tight on time some of the paint was still slightly tacky when assembling the cake. The royal metallic blue was a lot easier than the metallic orange to use - but this could be just me.

Ordered for a jubilee cake. Used a little paintbrush to apply, didn't notice any detriment to the flavour. Needed to put a few coats on but got there in the end.
