Looks good in the cabinet.
The company sent it quick with no problems. This pan is very good quality....that being said it won't be seeing much use. This pan is one of those pans you can use with induction and they ''in my opinion''are horrible on gas stoves. The pan is ridiculous heavy because of that extra layer they put on the bottom for induction and for even heat...which I don't need because I have a gas range.Another major problem with that extra metal on the bottom,it takes forever to get hot with gas...but this is just me, I like to get in and out when in the kitchen,...I will be buying cookware for gas only if I can find it.

Great frying pan that developed a slight warp on glass top stove
Overall, this has been a great frying pan so far. I got the 12.5" model and it's now my go-to, large frying pan. My only reason for giving it four stars is that it developed an ever so slight warp after heating it up on medium on my glass top stove.

Breville Thermal Pro Stainless Steel Frying Pan - 12.5 inch
Breville Thermal Pro, I am liking this stuff more than other cladded manufacturers these days, including All Clad. It's a bit heavier, but also more substantial. This skillet is a workhorse. The lid that comes with the deeper 5qt Breville Clad Stainless Steel Saute Pan also fits this skillet perfectly.

My Favorite Pan!!!!
I love this pan. I have the Breville stainless 10 piece set and was able to pick this beauty up for half price on a warehouse deal. It’s HEAVY so that may be a bust for some but I love heavy sturdy cookware. The bottom is completely flat which is important on a glass cooktop. Breville is the only SS cookware I found that was clad AND had a disc bottom. It will last a lifetime.Just make sure you know how to cook on SS (preheat on med to med high to close the metal pores, add oil and don’t over heat) and you will have little to no problem with sticking. I always use barkeepers friend on my SS after I cook with it.I have no hotspots in this pan. I gave my old Wolfgang puck pan away after I cooked on this Breville pan. Even at full price it is worth the $.

Started out as a great pan.
This was a great pan for about 2 years. We never did any wrong to this pan, but after 2 years the bottom has separated from the pan. I want to have a working pan of this type, but not sure anymore about Breville. I have a number of their other types of cookware and have had no problems. I am hoping their customer service is helpful.

Not a fan!
I was super excited to get what I thought would be a really good frying pan. I have used it about 5 times, I can’t get it clean no matter what is try. It is so heavy that I can’t hold it in one hand and drain the grease. The only plus is the size. I hint for the perfect fry pan continues.

Top quality stainless steel
I am very happy with the thickness and stability of this frypan. The quality level is outstanding. The only negative is the weight. It is a real bruiser in the poundage area. But that's a tradeoff I can live with because it performs so well.It has two handles for a reason. You can't pick this up one-handed. All in all, well worth the money.
