I bought these for my diabetes but my husband is drinking them. He loves them. They do taste great but can’t comment on the effects on my glucose levels.

Excellent. Drink as directed helps me not crave sugar after eating. Flavor is subtle, is not fruit soda, but is delightful to drink before and during meal. Comes BEAUTIFULLY & sturdily boxed so no worry about dented cans. Spoke with supplier who said they’d replace any damaged cans if occurs.

I love this. I'm diabetic and am often thirsty. Nothing quenched my thirst like these sparkling waters, and they taste wonderful. No sweeteners whatsoever, but wonder natural tasting fruit essence. I love all three of these flavors. I had tried the sea berry and disliked that flavor.

Not sure if it really has any impact on my health but it tastes good and refreshing. Minus one star because Typically there is always a few that’s bursted and leaks during delivery or even just in storage.

I received my product with less than half the water in the cans and bloated cans. There was no leakage upon arrival or puncture in the cans but one box had cans not filled all the way which is a factory issue. Eventually some bursted and leaked, the ones that seemed a bit bloated. I am disappointed because this is my second order as I really liked the taste of this drink but I can't return this and now paid for a product I can't drink. Very upsetting.Update - the company contacted me and made this right so I'm updating my review. They didn't ask me to do that but I was about to order another box so I didn't feel right leaving it at one star. I really like how this drink tastes! I hope that my next order has no issues. I wish the stores near me carried more flavors.

Tastes like the water when a fountain drink isn’t mixed right, it’s horrible and no returns. Waste of money, SSI not spend your money on this, waste of money
