Hestan Provisions – 16.5" Classic Clad Nonstick Roasting Pan with Stainless Steel Rack

update: I seared a 7 pound pork loin in this pan on the stove top today. I cut it in half crossways. It turned out really nice.I heated the pan up like a regular stainless steel skillet and then added some olive oil.I put a paper towel on the pieces right before putting them in the pan. They were about room temperature.They seared very well. I then put the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees for and hour and 15 minutes.Most all the fat side rendered off. I was sure about cooking in it without using the rack, but it turned out great! Lots of fun. Great pan.I have used this for roasting chicken a couple of times. It cleaned up mostly with dish soap, warm water and a silicone turner. Very easy.I did use a little Bar Keepers friend for pots and pans. It cleans up gorgeous. The first thing that I was drawn to when I opened the box was the rack. It is truly magnificent and easy to clean off.Very happy.

FINALLY. The perfect roasting pan. I wanted one that worked well, was made of good material that wasn't going to flake or scratch off, easy to clean and easy to use. This. Is. It. Slightly expensive but compared to some of the pans out there, this was the best value for the performance and qualities I wanted. I could not find a better pan. Even the super expensive ones did not have the qualities this pan has.If you are looking for a roasting pan that you will use for life and probably pass down in your family, this one is it.I also liked the size. Easy fit in the oven but also large enough it held/cooked a 20 lb ham. I have also used it for an 8 lb turkey and it was perfect.The only thing that might be a turn off for people is that it is very high quality material and solid. So it is on the hefty side. Luckily for us, this is not an issue.LOVE LOVE LOVE this pan.

The media could not be loaded. Extremely nice. Induction stove compatibility is a must for gravy; this works well for that (or boiling water). See video.The rack is also extremely nice, as it is sturdy without cross bracing, making it easy to clean. After roasting a large prime rib roast, both the rack and the pan were easy to clean. Teflon-like, without the chemical problems. Handles on both the roaster and rack are perfect.

It's a wonderful steamer overall. It fits my two-quart nanobond saucier perfectly. It's sturdy, well-built, and aesthetically pleasing. It also cleans easily in the dishwasher, making it a truly great product.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the 8 Quart Hestan Stock Pot with the pasta insert, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This gorgeous stainless steel pot is not only dishwasher safe but also compatible with induction and any other type of stove. The lines and design are so beautiful that I leave it out on the counter, and it looks great.I use this pot daily to boil medical devices like nebulizer cups, which I use two to four times a day. Because of its stunning design, I don’t have to haul it out of the cupboard each time. If it didn’t look so good, I would have to put it back every time, but thankfully, I can keep it out. Even the rivets are completely dishwasher safe.The only slight downside is the price, but for something that’s going to be used as much as this stock pot, it is well worth it. For anyone who is a serious cook or a heavy user of a stock pot, this piece of equipment is a must-have. It provides a beautiful sensory experience in the kitchen if you can carve out the budget for it.I have gone through several stock pots with different strainers and inserts, and this one works the best, especially with the pasta insert. Many stock pots come with steamer inserts, but I couldn’t find any other attractive pots that came with a pasta insert. Other options were either not compatible with induction or not as visually appealing.I was initially hesitant to make this purchase because of the cost, but I’m so glad I did. I do not regret it one bit. This Hestan Stock Pot is a perfect blend of beauty and functionality, making it a valuable addition to any kitchen.

Well made and durable. Rack wires are spaced a little to far apart.That's the reason for 4 stars.Worked well on the stop top to make a sauce from the drippings.

I really love this new roaster! My husband and I cooked our first (12 lbs) turkey in it. The bird fit just right and cooked perfectly. The wider rack grills make cleaning a lot easier and the shape and size of it allows the warm oven air to easily get underneath the turkey. The stainless steel material is nice and thick. The bottom of the pan has an aluminum core, completely encased in stainless steel, allowing for more even cooking. I was also interest in this roaster because it does not have any non-stick toxic chemicals on it.

Used it on the grill to cook the turkey this Thanksgiving. My old pan would burn the drippings making it hard to use anything for the gravy. This one was just nice and browned fond and made amazing gravy. It is quite heavy so if that is a concern for you this might not be the one, but the handles do make it very manageable. Worth the price in my opinion.
