The fit is great. Bought a large. Will fit average person. Fabric soft and yet when worn as a hood has structure. The mouth cover is great across mouth and nose and is comfortable tucked back Into its self with no bulk. I also consider this hat a good price for the wind and waterproof hood, with great fabric and design.

Perfect in every way protection from rain, wind and cold. Keeps your head warm and can adjust fitment.

I bought the Sealskinz head gaiter hat for a winter sailing delivery trip from Lorient in France to Gosport in the UK. It's typical winter weather in the Channel, and I am happy I bought this hat. It kept me warm and dry, and it was easy to wash out the salt afterwards. I purchased the large size, which was slightly too big, but the drawstring adjusters made a cosey seal around my face. It is a good quality product, and I recommend it to anybody doing outside activities.

I purchased this for colder weather while commuting to work and cycling. It’s perfect for those conditions. I got the L/XL size, and it fits well—I’d say I have an average-sized head.The only downside for me is that the mouth cover could be a bit closer and snugger to the face.

Great so far, very comfortable the materials are really nice and feel good on your skin, does well in rain havent had it in torrential rain but a shower it held up very well, it looks good has a small kind of rigid peak to prevent drips in uour eyes, will be worn in winter fell walks in the lakes with a hood over but im very happy with the product, i have sealskinz gloves so was fairly confident this would be a good purchase
