I have never taken Berberine before, but decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did. It has helped me manage my blood sugar and lose weight (The Weight Loss Claim is NOT verified via Blood Work yet, but will confirm in a month). I've only been taking this supplement for 5 days, so I have not had a chance to measure results via blood work.Pros:-Cost Effective (good value).-Large bottle and ALL pills were present (I always count EACH pill in the supplements I get from Amazon).-Smell and look are on point with what you'd expect in a Berberine supplement.-No Negative side effects.Cons:-None yet.I like to verify quality and results via Blood work, but haven't had the chance to do so with this one. Will update this review in a month with solid facts based on the results of my next screening.

It works great for blood sugar. After 3 months of bad eating, and weight gain, my a1c was down

Description says 500 mg serving, 300 capsules. But as with many other Berberine products, it takes 2 capsules to achieve the dose. These are 250 mg capsules. That is not apparent anywhere in the description. If your goal is 1000 mg, then you need to take 4 of these. They are still a pretty good value but be aware that you will only have 150 servings of 500 mg in the bottle. As far as I can tell, the quality of the product is good.

Meets all of my expectations, great value for the dollars spent

I was paying over $300 for a bottle of nerve medication from my doctor. Nerve flow is doing just as much as that medication did for nowhere near that amount of money. So I just ordered three more bottles.

My A1C was creeping up in numbers, and this product is the best to use to help lower it naturally. I bought this brand based solely on the cost; for the quantity and the price, it was better than everything else. It's all sourced from the same plant, so my opinion is a 90$ bottle is probably worse than this. Until I have lab work done , I can't verify it works until more labs are completed. I'll update when able. But for the price, it worked. Ill verify quality at a later time.

I have bought this since December of 2023. Didn't know if it was working or not, but my sugar was getting into dangerous territory. My A1C has gradually gone down and this month when it was checked, it was normal. I've gained about 10 pounds. Only thing I can pin it on is this, it just takes time.
