Cuprinol CUPGSCM5L 5 Litre Garden Shades Paint - Coastal Mist

Ordered this blindly (silly, I know) from Amazon as the colour on the tin looked like a light grey.Be under no illusion, this is really very blue, like a very light sky blue.The colour itself is quite pretty but wasn't what I was after, so ended up ordering Silver Birch from the same range instead, which really is a lovely shade of grey.All in all, will give this four stars given that the quality of the paint is very good and the colour would be lovely if that's what I was looking for.Have written a review for the Silver Birch colour which I can't recommend highly enough. This paint is excellent for colouring and protecting wood.

I used this paint 8 years ago for a Wendy House for my Grandchildren. I did several coats then and the paint has remained good since. This year I have painted it again to refresh rather than repair. I can really recommend - with the proviso that a number of coats are needed if you wish it to remain in good condition for a long time.

High quality, high pigment paint which does prefer two coats but goes on like indoor emulsion, so there's a lot less mess. Covers pretty much anything (this was covering brown, but I also bought willow green and it covered terracotta!) and leaves a wax-like base which repels water. In North Cumbria - that's a must

fast effective service packed well there had been a slight leak but turned out it was just from when can was filled. this had great pic of colour was as shown. easy to apply good coverage

Beautiful colour. Good quality paint. Decent finish - did need 3 coats, due to orange weather coating on fencing. but well worth the time and effort. Recommend

The paint was quite thin and runny so be prepared for splashes. The 5L can was enough for two coats on our 10m long 2m high fence. The first coat was soaked up by the fence and used over 2/3 of the can. The second coat went on much quicker and easier and covered well, using up the remaining paint. A good result.

I have always used his named paint for my garden, I changed the colour on a few of the fence panels, and this one certainly brightens the garden. Recommend this paint always get a great finish.

This has really transformed and renovated an old shed that was suffering the ravages of time. The Black Ash shade gives a sophisticated look as well as giving excellent protection from the elements. It means that the colours and shapes of plants growing against it are thrown into clear relief - much better that the ubiquitous 'willow' green. There is a genuine feeling of the applied wood stain strongly repelling rainwater. Along with other renovations the structure is now beginning to look like a 'garden studio' rather than just an ordinary shed. Excellent! Very pleased.
