This comb gets very hot…easy to use.. it straightens very easily and quickly.. it’s worth every penny!!

I use this mainly on my natural hair roots. It works great. I gave it 5 stars, but rate it as 4.5 simply because it seems to get a little hotter if you leave it on for 5 mins or more. I turn the temperature down if I'm working slower on a larger section then turn it back up to my preferred temp. to do a final run through. But this is awesome at getting at the roots without pulling all the hair out, once you work carefully. It's a good tool.

Problem is it only lasted five months then it quit completely. Up until then I was very happy with it. It got sufficiently hot which enabled me to get my hair as straight as I wanted. I also liked the guard over the teeth which kept me from burning my face, scalp, and ears, but it could be removed if you really wanted to get those fine edge hairs. I really liked it but I won’t buy another one as it could get a bit expensive replacing them, if they only last five month.

This hot comb would be great except the controls are located where you place your and to hold the comb while doing your hair. Any movement of your hand changes the temperature.The comb also pulls my hair taking it out when I try to press it down to the ends.the Idea is great; but I think they need to work on the controls and the fittings around the base of the comb so that it doesn't catch your hair. I will be returning it.
