how do i get this case off my phone?

This case comes in two parts: the inner shell and the connecting interlocking shell. You should definitely follow the enclosed instructions very carefully. The inner shell goes on the phone. Line up the little depression that was designed for the multiple lenses. Then take the second shell and gently work it into position, where it locks into the inner shell. This how you put it on the iPhone. Taking off is done following the instructions in reverse. Separate the outer shell gently from the phone. Then take off the inner shell. Best of luck!
