Works great, gets plenty hot and the extra length in the large size is super flexible for a variety of ways to use it on different parts of the body. Very soft and nice and flat, not like the old plastic ones that were bumpy and hard without a good cover on them.

I love this little heating pad! It is very soft and the 12 x 24 size is just right. I like the digital remote, its easy to use and I can set different heat levels and I love that it has several timer settings too. I usually keep the heat setting on 3 or 4 because it gets pretty warm. This thing works like I charm. It's also small enough to pack easily when I travel. No smell, love the purple color and it is safe to wash. I would definitely purchased this item again.

This is the best heating pad I have ever had. Due to the fact that it is made of fabric, a soft cuddling fabric, instead of the plastic of before, it is comfortable against your blouse or wrap. The heat controls have just the right amount of heat, you have control to the amount of heat you use. What was especially important is the fact that it turns itself off, even if you forget to set the timer. It has worked very well on my spinal stenosis, on my lumbar region, and also on my knee and with my hands. I have severe neuropathy, and it does help my pain, and gives me a lot of pain relief by adding the heat either before or after icing. The design is also great, because the connecting button is in one corner, and the control comes from there , which also the electric plug in, but the button separates them so that you don't have a ton of wires in bed with you.

This thing is huge. I bought the 17" x 33". It's so soft. I like that it had a timer and seems to be consistently warm. I feel like 1 feels life almost no heat, what so ever. But other than that, it's pretty good.

I love the size & the settings for both the heat and the timer. The item is well made & the fabric is soft with the heating pad easily positioned. It has a nice weight and covers all of my back and part of my hips. This is a great item for a great price.

First, the size is great. I've already enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who needs the heat from shoulder to waist. It's soft and light weight and does what's needed. The settings are user-friendly, easy to set up and enjoy.

This is absolutely perfect!! It is super soft, love the purple color and heats up very fast!! It did have an odd smell when pulling it out of the package, but it seems to go away now that it’s out of the box. The sizing is helpful to cover a greater area of body (ie. calves & hamstrings) at the same time.

The detachable plug makes it easy to clean and is tastefully designed to work so that it doesn't feel as if it's in the way during use. It's lightweight and is resistant to buckling/scrunching like traditional pads do. While it doesn't get scorching hot on its 6 temp settings, it's plenty warm to soothe bodily aches. And the size makes it perfect for versatile use. I'm very glad I found it.
