good product but don't be fooled by the advertisement. it's not to get blackheads nor will it do so. it won't even touch them, like not even a little. this is to suck all the oily stuff out of your pores. my face looks 5 years younger after a couple uses but it's to clean out the oils and general gunk in your skin. but if you have actual blackheads you need to just use your fingers to squeeze them out. don't have unrealistic expectations. those tape strips where they look like a porcupine after pulling out blackheads are fake advertisements and anything that shows this removing blackheads is too. it works great to clear up your skin from oils and grease but just don't plan on sucking out blackheads. a white head that's on the verge of popping anyways can kinda be sucked out but you'll still need to finish off with your fingers. overall decent product. i'm happy with it for what it does.

 I've been using this product for about a week or two now and I really like the functionality it does everything it's supposed to and it's not too powerful just make sure you go slow it's easy to clean but the top is a little hard to take off you should use pliers or a strong grip other than that I like how it has four different functions in I believe in a few weeks I will see much more Improvement it's better than carrying around a big machine which I have

The suction on this is unbelievable, I have been hesitant to try these in the past because I thought... 'there is no way this is going to have good enough suction to suck stuff out of my face.' I WAS WRONG!This comes pre-charged and with a cord (no base) for charging. Box also includes bag of filters and a replacement piece that attaches the different heads to the devices. It also comes with 4 heads. Please refer to manual or internet for instructions on how best to use the product on your skin. I am very happy with my investment. I have used it once and my skin feels phenomenal. Will post possible update with extended use. I highly recommend this product.

After reading the reviews of the majority consensus that the suction is ridiculously strong or much stronger than they expected and then purchasing this product, I am convinced those reviews must have been paid for. The suction on my vacuum is a 10 times stronger than this, and it is absolutely impossible for you to vacuum any blackheads/whiteheads/etc. because of the weak suction. This product is a scam, I would recommend you save your time.

Holy cow! I knew my face had gunk in it but oye! What a difference! I noticed that I got the best results when using it while I was steaming my face- highly recommend doing it this way! Also, start on the lowest setting, get a handle on it, and then work your way up. Personally, I found that the third highest was strong enough.

I ordered this for my mother in law as a gift because she had been complaining about white heads. However she did not want to go to a dermatologist. This worked amazingly by removing dead skin and clean her pores. It's worth getting it over paying an estechican every month.

I purchased this item 4 months ago and liked it very much- BUT - it has already stopped working! I probably used it a half-dozen times and the suction all of a sudden stopped working. I would like to contact the Seller to see if they will replace it, but since the product is sold out with no idea of when/if it might return, I have no way of doing that.

Removed some dead skin but didn't remove any black people white heads.
