I LOVE them
I tried these because they claimed to help with mood swings. I used to have terrible emotional breakdowns with my PMS, and I haven't had a single episode since I started taking these. They don't seems to help with the cramps or the fatigue, but honestly, I am so thrilled with the emotional help that I don't care! For over six months, since I started taking these, I have been able to move normally through my daily routine during weeks 4 and 1 of my cycle, and I am so grateful!

AMAZING
WOW! I am so incredibly thankful I found these. I deal with horrible mood swings every month, 1.5-1 week before my period, and I have had enough of it, so I decided to take a chance on these. I was desperate for something that would help with my mood. It's been one month of taking them, and my mood has been under control this month. I am less irritable, depressed, and overall, in a much better mood than I usually am. I am so happy and will keep ordering these. Please buy these, they are 100% worth the money!!

It's a Life Changer!
I don’t normally give reviews. But this time I feel it’s worth taking the time to write a review, as it could possibly help someone else out there who has been struggling with HORRIBLE PMS symptoms like I’ve been. For many, many years I was suffering from REALLY BAD mood swings, fatigue, uncontrollable cravings, and bloating 1 – 2 weeks before my period. I tried birth control pills, that did not help. It actually made it worse because my hormones were all wacked out. Sometimes I would feel I was PMS-ing for a full month as opposed to a week or two. In addition, it triggered my blood pressure and suddenly I was diagnosed with Hypertension. After doing some research online, I learned that there are some natural vitamins out there that may help with PMS. I looked around for different multivitamins and saw this one included many of the vitamins that claim to help with PMS. The price seemed reasonable, so I went for it, but I wasn’t hopeful that it would actually work.Well…. I’ve been taking it for a month, and I am impressed! In just one month of taking the pills I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement to my PMS. I had no mood swings, if anything I feel like it has IMPROVED my mood. No fatigue, if anything I feel I have more energy over all, and I have no crazy food cravings. I still experienced a little bloating, but only 2 days before my period as opposed to weeks before my period. If you are looking for some relief from PMS, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend giving these vitamins a try. I have only been taking them for a month and have noticed a significant improvement!!PS. I’ve also been getting lots of compliments lately regarding my skin and complexion. I believe that’s also thanks to the vitamins. 😊

Great PMS Support!
This PMS support really works! I’ve noticed that when I take it consistently, my period cramps are much lessened and mood swings are stabilized a little more. The only area it could be a bit stronger in is control hormonal acne.

It works!!
I have been dealing with severe mood swings for about 2 weeks prior to starting my period for YEARS. This supplement is a god send. I have no PMS symptoms at all, no change in intimacy level and a great mood. Great product. I will be buying again.

Please consider side effects - Bad headaches
I started out with taking 2, that was my fault for not starting slow as the bottle recommends.Took 2 pills for 3 days in a row, and by the fourth day had to take a day off work due to the massive headache. And I am not someone who suffers from headaches or migranes at all. After the headache came nausea (not sure if it was caused by it) But I couldn't keep my eyes open for hours on end.I took a week off any supplements (even my multivitamin) and then started again slowly with 1 pill per day for the past 3 days. I woke up this morning with a mild headache and upset stomach, similar to the one from 2 weeks, ago but much less intense. The only difference in my diet/lifestyle have been these. I was happy to be able to google some of the ingredients, and it looks like quite a few of them are known to cause headaches.I'm sure its an isolated case but make sure you do research and read all reviews and side effects.

Gave me headaches and hurt my stomach
I have PMDD and found that the combination of Vitex, DIM, and Ashwagandha help treat my symptoms. I was taking these supplements separately until I found this and saw that it had all 3 along with black cohosh and lemon balm. After about a week of taking this supplement, I started to get headaches, nausea, extreme fatigue, and dizziness particularly in the afternoon/evening and by night I found myself having stomach pain. At first, I chalked this up to getting a stomach bug that was going around but after a week of these symptoms I thought I would do a little research and I found that black cohosh can cause severe stomach problems and headaches, and both black cohosh and lemon balm can cause dizziness and drowsiness. I stopped taking the supplement about 2 days ago and I am starting to have some relief from the symptoms but still having headaches and fatigue. Hoping that it will disappear in a few days and then I plan to go back to taking the DIM and Vitex without the black cohosh and the lemon balm.

MUST BUY
I purchased this originally back in May and it has turned my cycles around for the better! Prior to starting this I would experience really bad PMS symptoms such as depression, anxiety, terrible cravings, and breakouts. Now I feel like everything is regulated during my period and the only true indicator I have to know that my period is coming is from my period tracker app that I use called Clue because I’m usually so positive while I’m PMSing now so I’d highly recommend this to people who have periods that take a toll on their mental health. It’s worth it! This will continue to be a part of my daily regimen
