This book was so so good!!! Many things Abbie touches on are so true and such great reminders!!!

I loved this book! I'm constantly looking for new books to read in the 'self-help' category written by women and this one landed on my lap exactly when i needed it. I was unfamiliar with the term 'high strung' but once my eyeballs dove in, I can relate fully. Abbi shares real life experience and delivers her story in such a vulnerable way. I recommend this book to any woman who has ever been told she is too much, or ever thought she wasn't enough.

I am amazed at the courage it took for Abbi to poor out her vulnerability in on paper. I feel many women relate to her. This book is inspiring
