Finally found it!
I have straight and fine hair. My old brush was perfect but is very old and I wanted a replacement. I tried several from various hardware and chain stores which were either stiff as a scrub brush or so soft they could not brush my hair.This brush is perfect for my hair, well made and with an easy to grip handle. I definitely recommend for those with fine hair.

Wouldn't go thru my hair
The bristles wouldn't go thru my long hair very easy. Would work better for very, very short hair.

Bristles are far too soft.
If you have no hair this is great. It could not penetrate beyond the surface layer of my hair. I felt like I was petting myself vs brushing my hair. Need something more firm. Giving to a friend for her cat who likes to be pet. That’s all I can see a use for this for.
