This is NOT what I wanted (w/ addendum)
I like the bag but it is NOT the same bag pictured in the advertisement. The ad showed more of a pure backpack with built-in straps that go over the shoulders. This bag was more of a duffle bag with a strap that clips on each end to the bottom of the bag (see picture). It can be possibly used as a backpack but not the same. It was also missing one of the back straps.Correction after over 1year: I randomly discovered that the shoulder straps are actually in cased within the black bottom panel. You have to unzip that panel to get to them. I did not notice this at all for the longest time. I moved on from this duffle/backpack as I needed at least a 32” duffel bag for my kid’s TaeKwonDo gear.

Terrible quality
This bag is terrible quality. I haven't even had this bag for a year and the duffle strap and backpack harness stitching has came apart. I would not recommend buying this bag!
