Finger Stretcher, Hand Resistance Bands Finger Grip Strengthener Strength Trainer Gripper Set for Arthritis Carpal Tunnel Exercise (3 Finger Stretcher)

I got this for my husband to help his arthritis in his thumb joint. He loves it and noticed improvement in his pain and strength after using it consistently. It’s material is comfortable and it is highly durable. I have a one year old that gets a hold of it and it survives him!

The rubber material they are made from is really stiff and it’s hard to stretch the fingers, or it could just be me having weak fingers (which is the reason I bought these).After a couple weeks of using it, the materials looser so it’s not as tough on the fingers.

I would say they are ok, not what I expected and they didn’t help me after having surgery to regain my strength. This is me however and they could work perfect for someone else

Not for someone trying to reverse the effects of arthritis. One's hands would have to be pretty strong and pain free to use these.

These are great for strengthening hands.I wish I knew which had stronger resistance.When I first used it, I couldn't open my hands with any of them. But after a day, I was getting stronger. I still can't open all the way but after a week, I can open my hand a lot.I brought it to work and several tried it and no one was successful! Just like when I began. I keep one on my pocket and when I'm bored, I work my hand.It will definitely make your hands stronger.

These feel like they are good exercise for hands and fingers but using the easiest level, the blue band, it broke after what I would consider minimal use. Moving on to try using the green to see if the thicker band is more durable.

The build quality is ok. Issue I had with the green one is that the band started tearing. I did not bother asking the seller to replace it cause I had used it quite a bit. But apart from that excellent product. Will probably buy again.

Bought them for my parents for hand therapy.
