A really nice mixture of fiber. I put it in my coffee and it works great. It keeps things moving, does not change the taste of the coffee (or juice or whatever). Fiber stays at bottom of coffee & is not unpleasant to drink at the end. It is good to add to anything as really a pleasant taste.

I like Garden of Life Organic Ground Flax Seed blend. I use it weekly adding it to my oatmeal. It has a smooth taste and it blends in well with my other ingredients added to my oatmeal. I will purchase it again.

It doesn’t have a bad smell and is high-quality. I can’t even taste it in my overnight oatmeal and sometimes we even put it in the meatloaf. Can’t even tell it’s there,Helps digestion ( Pooping)

I made a fresh carrots and fresh ginger, and I put 2 long cuts of seedless cucumber cut in half and in 3 parts and made fresh juice and I wasn't sure if I would like the Raw Organics 100% Organic Flax & Chia Blend, I mixed it in my fresh homemade juice and it tastes good it's taste delicious, I read in a review when someone was saying that it makes you feel full and I also wanted to try it and I did me feel full, and that's a good thing but I find that it that it takes away my stress and makes me feel sleepy, which is a good for me, cause as much as I dislike to admit it I have a lot of sleepless nights, I have insomnia, which is a great for me. This also has a lot of very healthy attributes. I am do my research before I make a purchase of anything. I can't wait to try it in my foods, yogurt, my fresh homemade juices and smoothies etc.
