Did not care much for the made in China notice but the quality seemed very good . I have not worn this yet but everything seems like it will work . The clasp seems durable although the ends small ends are not soldered or sealed tight and might be the weakest link and maybe the issue in the end but only time will tell. There is a small extender chain so one can wear it higher on the neck or slightly lower. I tried both ways and neither made it too short or too long. Probably talking about a 2 to 3 inch difference. For normal day to day is should not be an issue but if it gets snagged a lot or one is doing physical labor it may. The earlier reviews seemed to be good though and I am not too worried. It isn't a $200 chain or even a $75 chain and pendant. So it probably won’t have the same quality and durability. That being said, it just might be better. The pendant appears to be of good quality. It isn’t hollow and feels solid. Worth a shot.

I put on this 18K gold-plated Italian horn necklace, and I swear, my luck instantly improved. My espresso tasted richer, my hand gestures became more dramatic, and I suddenly felt the overwhelming urge to argue about who makes the best marinara sauce. The gold plating? Flawless. It shines like the sun reflecting off the Amalfi Coast. The horn itself? A masterpiece. I don’t know if it’s actually warding off the malocchio (evil eye), but ever since I started wearing it, my parking luck has miraculously improved, and my Nonna told me I finally look like a “respectable young person.” If you want to channel pure Italian power, look stylish, and maybe—just maybe—inherit the ability to make perfect pasta from thin air, this necklace is the one. It's big for a man, I'm a woman. I switched to a feline chain & it's big / for a man

Actually was way nicer than pictures show. I bought this for my cousin for Christmas and he loved it. The horn is heavy and large in size. So definitely good for an adult male. The chain could be a little sturdier but it will work until he can get something a bit more sturdy. Overall I am definitely impressed with the quality. And the color is beautiful looks like silver just by looking at it.
