I do a lot of walking including at least once a week an 8 to 10 mile cross country walk. About a year ago I found that I regularly had a dull ache coming from the toe next to my big toe which was definitely worse after a long walk. I’m 74 years old so thought it was wear and tear in my foot but then I read that if toes rub together when walking this can cause pain. Even with no real signs of the toes rubbing I decided I would try something. Next time I did a long walk I put some cotton wool between my big and first toe and I was amazed at how this reduced the pain I had. I looked for a better solution and spotted these toe separators and decided it was worth a try. I am so pleased I did. The shaped foam separator fits perfectly- I am a male size 10 shoe - and it stays comfortably in please with a sock on all day. These pads have completely cured the significant pain I was getting from these toes rubbing together in just a few days. For me they have worked like magic.

Worth a try, if you have bunions it’s worth trying these but I’d say you need to be committed to wearing them when required to get the best results

Obviously made for people with smaller feet. I am a size 10.5 and they are not quite long enough.However they still work well in separating the toes. I have a sore ingrowing nail on my big toe which is made worse by continuous pressure from adjacent toe, which is compounded by having to wear steel toe caps at work. Put these in between toes, they stayed in place and extremely easy to use. Despite the small size they did the job well, but just lacked a bit of cushioning at the end of the toe. The up shot is they work, they work well, just wish they came in bigger sizes as they would be a 5 star

Easy to use

I have used these when running and walking, and they seem to stay in place okay. They are very comfortable to wear, and to be honest I don't even notice them when I am wearing them.

A good product. It comes in a small box and you can easily pull out each separator from the foam plate. It is really easy to put into your toes and the spoenge is confortable and soft. However I had to crop it as the pre-cutted shape was a bit large for my toes.

This is chiropody foam with a sponge layer that is intended for use as toe separators. The foam is precut into what I assume is the correct shape but seemed a bit of an odd shape to me so I trimmed it. However, I found that the sponge irritated my toes so I had to remove it. May be perfectly fine for others though.
