This is the first time I have tried this brand. I plan on continuing to use it. It did what it was supposed to do and the color turned out great. The smell was tolerable and was easy to follow directions.

My hair was bleached to a level 8-9 yellow (coming from dyed black) with some reddish tones from previously having red hair. I used this to get rid of the tones. I used it with the Schwarzkopf Blonde Me Vol 20 developer (was the only one I had). The outcome was perfect, this is a TRUE ash. It looks exactly like the color shown in the picture. I know it looks dark, but it really is a level 7 blonde. It almost looks grey/silver, but it might be because I have a warmer skin tone (and used purple shampoo for 10 mins). Also note that the box I received did look old, not sure if it actually was or not, but it worked anyway. I'm satisfied.

Nothing last as long in my very white gray hair as this brand. I can go so much longer in between coloring!

Nice lasting color, no reaction or itch. best color I've used that is so gentle yet beautiful results.
