Yogandha Relax Body Oil 125 ml

Really disappointed when I opened my parcel to find out that it's not suitable for pregnancy. It isn't written anywhere in the description, which is somewhat misleading.

From the description on the box, it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the making of this Relaxing Body Oil. It's main essential oils of lavender and vetiver combine very well to make an oil which doesn't smell too strong - these are two quite strong smells, and on their own can be overpowering, so they've been nicely blended here to just the right degree. The pump bottle ensures that you can apply it without spilling big handfuls of oil over yourself, and it goes on easily without leaving you feeling sticky and oily. It leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft, and since I used it right after a bath and before bed, it did indeed make me feel more relaxed and sleep more deeply than usual.One of the biggest pluses for me with this product is the fact that it is completely animal friendly, it's not tested on animals and it's vegan - I love products which can do a great job without exploiting others, and this oil definitely does that. It is a wee bit pricey, but a top quality product which is well worth every penny.

A lovely relaxing, vegan friendly oil with a calming herbal fragrance. It Feels wonderful to rub on after a bedtime soak in the tub, and leaves skin silky soft as it is light to apply and sinks in quickly without leaving an oily residue on your skin. The oil promotes a good nights sleep and the aroma blend definitely lifts the soul.I disagree with reviewers who say it hardly has a smell, I found it if anything a little too strong at first, but with the combination of oils it uses this is no surprise as they are all strong scents in themselves. The scent lingers on your skin and is a lively to breathe in as you drift off. I would say this is pricey but is worth it if you have trouble relaxing to sleep

Yoghanda have really made an serious effort to get this oil right. Right through to the package it has been a labour of love. I don't of course believe all the marketing hype, but that is what some women seem to expect.I think that the blend of oils is just right. It penerates the skin well, softening, smoothing and relaxing. The aroma is pleasantly sweet, but not overpowering.The oil is dispensed through an easy to use pump, saving wastage and keeping the bottle clean.There are no nasty presevatives, but that does mean that the oil has a shorter shelf life, so pay attention to that. No exotic ingredients, so should be safe to use.The high price is the only negative, but I am sure that those who can afford it shall enoy using it.

This is an expensive product – at just under £25 for 125ml, it’s pricey.But it’s worth it. Everything about this exudes quality, from the heavy weight (and unexpectedly complicated) cardboard box, through the robust and drip-proof pumping mechanism, to the oil itself.The oil is thicker than I expected, which means you don’t need to use too much. Personally I love the smell, I think it is sophisticated and understated.This is a classy and high quality product; not cheap, but would make a lovely present

This was something I got for my wife and daughter to share. They were both very happy with it as a 'relaxing body oil' (which I must confess I have no understanding of as a concept - seems expensive to me, but they say it is value!) anyway, they say it is great for what it is for but that people should note despite it being labelled as 'Lavender' they got none of that scent at all. Rather they thought it smelt like 'mint choc chip'! Make of that what you will! Either way, they were happy.

Lovely product but not cheap. Comes in a nice presented box and although a pump dispenser has a twist lock so it cant be accidently spilled or used. Seems to easily soak into the skin so isn't messy and is actually really lovely to use. The smell I found to be really nice not overpowering but enough that you know its there. Lavender has always been a traditional product to help you sleep or relax (putting lavender in the room or on your pillow) and this is no exception. A lovely massage, relaxing oil the only drawback being its not cheap.

Pretty good stuff. Despite the lavender content, this has a pleasantly spicy woody aroma. The oil is absorbed fairly quickly and my partner and I both like this oil for a relaxing massage. Can't say we have noticed it making sleep easier than any other massage would, though. The test of a good massage oil is whether it all gets used before it goes "off" - I think this one will.
