I’ve been talking these supplements for about 2 weeks now and I feel much better..will continue with this one .

Seems rather effective but I'd like to see a different filler used perhaps with something that is beneficial to the gut.

Always happy with this company as everything is 3rd party tested & good quality, they dose everything well and charge generally fair prices. No games or manipulations with the label, just a quality product for a fair price. I've never had anything from them that I've not seen any tangible benefit from, and I can't say that for the other premium brands I've bought in the past.Taking this helped with my gut symptoms after taking this consistently and eating a lot more veggies, I haven't had any issues in over a year. Always difficult to say exactly how big the effect was the supplement when other factors in play but I'm happy with the results I saw whilst taking it.Also I like that it's a lot of servings e.g. up to 60 based on the recommendations on-label, as once I know the product is right for me, it's better for everyone via less reordering, less shipping, less packaging.

it is L Carnosine. This is not L Carnotine. They are totally differentThe best site I have found is Doug Cook.which gives excellent information on what it uses are. In ulcers which are from heliobactor pylori, in leaky gut and and gut inflammation which comes from many causes this can be a help.Do read up on it. .this looks excellent as a supplement for any of those issues. We are mostly very Zinc deficiency and these 2 ingredients work together to do some very interesting and helpful things for gut conditions. It might be useful in GERD but no one know for sure. Looks very well researched but is not a general supplement for everyone. I got it because I have IBS and SIbo. I will post again when I have taken it long enough to see if has helped me with this.

This supplement Capsules are reasonably small and easy to swallow. I have only been taking these tablets for a couple of weeks, so cannot yet comment on the long-term benefits. I noticed an improvement with my digestive system. I do believe they are helping me out. I'll keep taking these. Very good quality product.
