I was worried that putting it on would be painful but it wasn't. Didn't feel to tight but help foot comfortably. Chilled very quickly and kept cold enough for the 10 mins per hour required. No more trying to get a bag of frozen peas into position. And looking forward to it doubling up as a wine cooler once recovered, hehe

I am a size 7 and the L is too big. It gets very cold but warms up quickly. It is bigger than the picture and goes up the leg higher which I don’t like as it is just my ankle I need to treat. Very expensive.

This ice ankle pack was just what i needed after long marathon training. My ankles unfortunately swelled and this ice pack really helped me with the recovery time. Just pop in the freezer before you use. It easily slides onto the foot/ankle and also brought any swelling down quickly! Also a nice snug compact fit to keep your ankle supported.I would highly recommend this and any of the other ice products if you have any injuries.

You can leave this in a freezer 24 hours and it'll stay cold for max 10 minutes, not really much use for treatment and I end up shoving an ice pack inside of them so they might as well be any old sock.

These are so fast and easy to use. They don’t stay cold as long as ice does, but they serve their purpose.

Sono anni che acquisto da Amazon. Soffro di spondilite anchilosante, spina calcaneare, fascite e tendinite. Ne ho comprato 1 consapevole che fosse andata bene avrei speso di più. Pazienza. Dico solo che appena l’ho indossato, ho preso il cell per ordinarne un secondo. La durata ok certo non è un’ora ma trovatene 1 da quel tempo, è l’efficacia che conta. Morbido, freddo dall’immediato sollievo. Consigliatissimo 🔝🔝🔝🔝

Die Schiene passt sich gut an den Fuß und Knöchel an und rutscht nicht herunter. Gut zum Kühlen in Ruhe. Laufen kann man damit nicht bzw. man muss es hochschieben. Sie kühlt auch ohne dass sie vorher lange im Kühlschrank lag. Mir hilft sie bei Knöchel- und Fussschmerzen. Die Polsterung ist schön weich und drückt nicht bei einem verletzten Knöchel.
