iXpro All in One Rechargeable Electric Hair Grooming Kit,Nose Ear Body Trimmer Beard Mustache Shaver

My summary - A very good grooming kit that packs a lot of extra features, and appears to be easy on the skin, automatically stopping when hair gets caught in the cutting blades, is easy on soft and straight hair, but can really sometimes struggle a bit with very coarse (i.e. rough) hair or hair that’s really very tangled or very dense (i.e. thick). It also needs a 5V 1amp adapter to make it work in the UK as it comes with a EU (European) Charger. (Please note the White 5V 1amp Shaving adapter in one of my “pics” does NOT come with the Hair Grooming Kit, but WHAT I found within our house!)The base grooming item itself is very slim and light (only 126g or 0.28lb or 4.4Oz), and therefore very easy to hold and use, and so slips easily into one’s bag or jacket pocket or handbag (need to ensure it is “safely secured” though, so it doesn’t go off by accident), together with the Accessories one requires. I find that the iXpro Rechargeable Hair Grooming Kit can sometimes FEEL UNDERPOWERED for really coarse or very thick and tangly hair that some of my family have!The iXpro Rechargeable Hair Grooming Kit though is very well put together and comes with a number of Accessories that one would not normally associate with a Hair Grooming Kit at such a reasonably low price point i.e. Micro Trimmer, Body Trimmer, Nose Trimmer, Full-size Trimmer, Design Trimmer and Precision Trimmer, which were ALL appropriately labelled in the box the whole hair grooming kit came in.My own base grooming kit took about three hours to charge when I first charged it, however I am CONFIDENT that over time, it should retain its charge better and hopefully ONLY take nearer TWO HOURS, as stated on the Amazon Website’s Item Description, For it to be FULLY CHARGED.Please note though as with most Grooming Kits, unless you buy very expensive Professional Hair Grooming Kits, that the lowest attachment for cutting or trimming hair is 3cm (or 1.18in), which is fine by me and my family, BUT may not be suitable or ideal for some people and their families.I like the iXpro Hair Grooming Kit and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for its lightness, portability and EASE OF USE, but can ONLY rate it FOUR STARS, as it struggles with very dense or tangled hair, though washing the hair BEFOREHAND. drying it and ALSO COMBING IT, does make the whole process a bit easier.Thank you so much for your time and I HOPE you’ve found my REVIEW Helpful and USEFUL.

I have bought this set before, about two years ago and have used it regularly to keep my beard, hair and eye brows in check. I only bought another one as I split with my partner and she kept my set, so had to but a new one. I saw this on Amazon again and ordered it. From past experience, I can say that this is an excellent grooming set and value for money.

A complete waste of money, after 5 weeks on light use none of the cutting heads fit or stay on the main body, this item is now completely unusable. I have complained to Amazon customer services but to date have not received a reply - shoddy product, shoddy service

I bought this item, used it about 5 times and it just stopped working, even when plugged in the light went from red to green but still nothing, big waste of money, I have contacted them about a return but still no response, should they give me return details I will change this review as I may have just been sent a dud, otherwise this is likely a common fault and I would strongly recommend you DO NOT BUY.
