Not Good but not bad as per the price.
For me I think it's good as per the money they charge because I got i5 13 gen at that amount but there is a bit problem which I face.1) I face lags and not responding after few minutes when I turned on.2) the processor was slow which was 1.7 ghz which I wasn't expecting that as my previous laptop has 2.5 ghz. Comparing performance previous laptop with low specs is much faster then this better specs laptop. I don't know where the fault but that's what I faced.But in overall I am happy because the specs which I am getting at that price is good and makes me ignore those thing.

Good product as expected
Product is good as expected. Comes in excellent packaging. It will not start for first time until plugging in to charging so don't panic

Worth it for programming & development
Even though it says gaming laptop, my sole purpose of purchasing this laptop was coding and programming. After using it for more than a month, I would say I am satisfied with results while comparing it with other laptops in this price range.Office is not included, you only get Windows OS but that is okay with me because I either use Google Workspace OR Microsoft 365 online.Speed and functionality wise a good product considering 4GB GPU and 16GB RAM.You can play high resolution games as well. If you are a pro gamer you might find some drawbacks but believe me in this price range you will not get anything better than this.

Poor sales after service
Awesome laptop but I am giving 3 stars as if I had purchase extra RAM from their store the owner was charging just the double amount! Very poor sales after service!

Dummy windows version
The windows provided is not original, it's dummy version which will expire after 1 month.Same goes with Microsoft word, excel,PTT.Dummy version.The laptop has scratchs and seems to be old laptop
