I really liked the merchandise, however, the items were defective as a rrsult of missing stones and the packaging was wrong. The boxes were too small for the merchandise. I The merchandise were protruding out of the boxes. Merchandise was returned. Refund issued

Per this piece, each 4 big metal balls n tiny metals should be available. But, I see only 3 on one side and it doesn’t fit on the neck properly and keeps moving and not balanced while wore on the neck.“Bad item…”
