I have been putting off getting one of these for years because of the price tag and the safety issue, i had done lots of research before I've finally bit the bullet I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. First of all, this product never close it’s entrance will working, so it puts away my worries of it will some day jam my cats when the sensors stop functioning. The box automatically cleans a few moments after the cat goes potty. The unused litter stays clean, and there's no gross smell near the litter box. It is actually an interesting fact that cats love blue, my cats have no trouble changing from the regular litter box to this automatic one. I have a cat who is very particular about the litter box and was going outside the box at least once a day. Since we've had the cozyblue litter box, he has not gone outside the litter box at all. I have 2 cats, both older (about 9 years old), and one of them is very skittish. They both took to this box with ease. I check the tray every day but did not need to change out the bag until 14 days of use, and it probably could have handled another day without being emptied. I absolutely love this thing.

This is the first automatic litter I have purchased. It was ok at first, hard to clean the w tray at the bottom without the litter getting everywhere. Now for some reason clumps of poop are falling back into the collection drawer at the bottom making it impossible to push the bottom part back in after changing the bag. I fixed the issue for a while but it only worked if I unplugged and plugged it back in, having changed the bottom collection tray out frequently. Now it won’t work at all. It just stopped mid cycle. I had the turn in on its side to shake the litter back into the bottom juts so my cats would have something to use while I got a cheap back up from Walmart. Definitely NOT worth the money spent.

I did not like the fact that the bags are super thin and it rips say when you want to throw liter waste away

It’s huge - make no mistake this is a LARGE litterbox. I am very happy - there are a few opportunities for improvement such as smaller grate and application for monitoring and etc. otherwise it’s a game changer - now I do litterbox weekly and not daily!!!

This self-cleaning cat litter box is seriously a lifesaver. I don’t need deal with the messy stuff anymore. It takes care all of the dirty work, and my kitty loves it! Also, the litter box turned out to be bigger than I expected, and I'm surprised by its excellent quality. It's totally worth the price.

I want to believe in these smart litter boxes, but it has stopped responding entirely after my cat (20 pounds, Orange cat) used it for 2 weeks. Before then, it wasn't catching all the clumps like it advertised and I would have to scrape the sides. I'm wondering if I just got a bad litterbox, but this is not worth the $500.

Easy enough to clean and operates as suggested. My cat would only use it to pee. Cleaned and gave to a friend.

The media could not be loaded. Great product! My cat quickly adapted to it after few hours of inspections. Quiet and sensitive to cats’ presence, thus quite and safe for the cats. Seem to work well so far, easy assemble, and convenient to take the waste out. My cat is really large and this littler box fits him perfectly. Also designed to change the litter easily by pressing one button. Overall it’s extremely easy to use.
