Like the laptop, does every task perfectly

It's only been a few days, but the computer has been lightening fast and perfect. No over heating. I will likely come back and buy again (for my son). Thank you!

I purchased this laptop as it was a good price and I wanted to play PC games. For some reason it runs really hot for a gaming laptop. At idle it runs anywhere from 110°F-130°F. Again that's idle, no games or applications running. I had a friend who works in IT look at it and he has no idea why it's running that hot and said it shouldn't. I've also researched it and found many posts with other people stating the same concerns. While it doesn't affect gameplay it will greatly reduce the life of the laptop. I have set the fans to always on and put it on a laptop cooling pad, which doesn't help much at all. I also removed some thin plastic covering the giant vent on the bottom hoping the cooling pad would blow in more air to the hot components. The only thing I could think may resolve it is replacing the thermal paste, but I don't want to go through that headache. It's worth the money, just don't expect it to have a long life before components start to fail from the heat.

I bought this laptop for my son’s birthday. He set it up and installed his favorite games in half an hour and is very happy with it. The games run fast with no lag. Great product!

Broke after a month

Nice powerful laptop, I use it mainly for programming. It also feels nice to touch, typing is a pleasure. I have tested some video games like need for speed most wanted, Mortal Kombat 10 and Tomb Raider Underworld. I know these are not so recent games but the performance is very good for a rtx 2050 graphics card. I got around 143 fps for Tomb Raider Underworld. Another nice thing is that it has a calculator button, whenever I need that calculator, I just press the button. The downside of this laptop, is first, its battery life, when using the laptop for simple task , the battery last for around 2 hrs after fully charged. Second The fans are a bit noisy.

Main reason for the purchase of this laptop was that it had an RJ45 port. Problem try to insert and almost impossible to remove. Unfortunately this makes the purchase of this laptop a complete loss for me. Must have RJ45 for I.T. work. The rest seems ok for the price. Very disappointed.

Pros: Budget laptop, excellent for gaming, video editing and university level work load. Average battery life Cons: Issues with screen, black line bleeding downward from the edge of screen and bleeding from bottom edge upwards, multiple fundamental keys has lost functionality.
