Noticeable positive difference
These packets are really effective. Each one contains 2 Laminine, 1 Omega, 1 Digestive, and 1 Immune.I felt noticeable alertness throughout the day, energy, and good mood. It's rare to notice the difference from using supplements that quickly.According to the European website of the manufacturer regarding what laminine is: LAMININE is a stem cell regeneration supplement that contains the proprietary blend of egg bioactive growth factors, marine proteins and phyto proteins. It looks like it's proprietary to Lifepharm since I've never heard about it before and when looking it up on the internet, I primarily get results related to Lifepharm. While it's an expensive supplement, it is effective and the price on amazon is cheaper than buying directly from the manufacturer based on the price on the day of writing this review.

On-the-Go Multivitamin Packets - Check Warnings!
I am one week in on taking this Lifepharm REFIVE Women and Men Essentials Multivitamins, and here are my thoughts…The box contains 30 sealed packets, with each packet containing 5 pills:— 2 Laminine capsules— 1 Omega softgel— 1 Digestive capsule— 1 Immune tabletI do like the convenience of the individually sealed packets, which are great for those of us who are always on-the-go.My biggest complaints are:— The box arrived pretty beat up, crushed and open in some areas, although the individual packets were unharmed.— The digestive capsules contain gluten, wheat, and soy, which is stated on the outside of the box.**As someone who tries to avoid all 3 of those in my daily life, because they destroy my gut health, I have not been taking that capsule.— The Laminine capsules contain eggs and fish, in which I have no problem consuming, but if someone is allergic, they would not be able to take those.— At over $7 a day, they are, by far, the most expensive multivitamin packets I’ve tried thus far. With that all being said, I will continue taking 4 out of the 5 pills for the remainder of the month, but I would not reorder due to some ingredients and the high cost.

Great mix, but beware of allergens
As others have mentioned, these vitamins contain eggs, fish, soy, gluten and wheat. Those are a lot of allergens/foods that many people can't consume. I couldn't find any mention of these listed on their site. For such an expensive product, I was surprised the description contained very little information. Additionally, the title notes these are for men and women, however, the description mentions men's health, testosterone, and shows an image of a man. I didn't see any ingredients that appeared to be specifically designed for men, but it definitely felt these were targeted in that direction. The tablets/capsules are medium to slightly large in size. I've been taking the tablet by itself, but I can take the others two at a time without a problem. I do wait a couple minutes in between and make sure I drink plenty of water. The directions say to take them daily with food, which I have been. There are 30 servings per package, although the front of the box mentions 1-2 satchels (packets) per day. I find this pricey for a single month's worth, never mind 15 days. I suppose you'd have to break down the individual cost of each supplement to see if the price is comparable.I looked up the ingredients before taking these and they do have a wide variety of vitamins/nutrients with many potential health benefits. I've taken a lot of supplements in the past that have bothered my stomach, but I didn't have any discomfort with these. It's too soon to tell whether these have any long-term benefits, but I have noticed increased energy. I plan to continue taking these and will post an update if I notice any additional effects - good or bad. I've been teetering between 3 and 4 stars but ultimately decided to round up and am giving these the benefit of the doubt for now.

Including Immunity capsule, perfect for travels
I took these Lifepharm REFIVE packets with me on my recent travels. They are just the perfect mix for day time. The contents look like good quality, I particularly like that it includes an immune capsule, as I like to beef up my immune system when I travel (hours at crowded airports/flights).Each packet contains five capsules, they are all at somewhat standard size, no giant difficult to swallow ones. These are made in the USA, with an expiry date about two and a half years from when the item is received.
