Not what we had hoped
Delivery arrived on time, but these were a gift to my sister at Christmas so she'd have something for our new grassy area in our front yard in the spring. She misplaced them and so didn't plant them until the following spring. I have no idea if seeds 'expire' or pass a time when they are 'good', but once planted, these seeds produced no flowers/blooms, just greenery.

I should have read the rotten reviews before I bought. I bought 20 seeds and no roses...I should have known they are from China and there is no such thing as a blue and white rose!
