Incompatible parts and struggling with installation
I don't want to write a long story here, the parts received did not fit when the plumber tried to install. They offered alternate parts for the sink hole for which i had to pay money to get (my fault that i did not check the product throughly for a few months as my kitchen work got delayed). After getting through everything the faucet connection is incompatible. The parts in the box aren't the right size. I have been trying to get this addressed since April 2024 and until now nothing has happened. Since July they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Total waste of my money on this product.

Great design and service
The sink is of awesome design and quality. The customer service is excellent and they are very helpful and always available for any kind of problem. The flow from waterfall faucet can be improved. I bought it for 25k but the price dropped quickly after that. Great buy.

Don't buy..... looks good and stylish... after in routine usage..... horrible with water leakage.... Don't buy...No customer care support also.

Absolute crap
The media could not be loaded. It was good only for 2 months. The whole sink starts corroding very fast. The tap is barely functional. The fittings Are loose. Absolutely crap

Poor quality
Fixures are breaking after 2 months of use...water leakage from the fixture holes. Troed retightening it several times is not worki g...it leaks after 2-3 days of use! One of the worst product I purchased from Amazon!!

Wished it worked as good as it looks
The media could not be loaded. I bought the most expensive product from the respite catalog. The double waterfall kitchen sink with digital display. The first question I had in mind was how does the digital display work because it neither has a power source nor does it have any built in battery. And rightly so , post installation I see that the so called digital display is not showing anything. The sink also fails to drain all water and some water always remains in the sink which I have to manually remove defeating the entire purpose of buying this expensive sink. I raised a query to the customer support and all I got in return was it happened due to incorrect installation. How can incorrect installation affect the digital display? God knows. Everything else is working perfectly fine except the digital display. Good luck to those who purchase this sink as it will be a hard time getting it installed with zero support from the brand Respite
