Super light
Excellent replacement for Dalia or sabudana.

Nice
Great option for low carb diet. The rice texture is more like sabudana than rice, but it is doable. High price not fit for regular use, and their are virtually no nutrients here. Only fibre. So used as a filler.

Really enjoyed it, even more than the noodles
If you're like me and don't enjoy noodles that much, the Shirataki rice is a much more enjoyable alternative that can be eaten with a strong curry. Lightly sautee it on a pan with onion and other stuff as you please, then drop it on a plate with a curry like paneer or chicken curry and a side of veggies. You've got yourself a perfect meal.

The best low carb ‘rice’ option
I made ‘curd rice’ with this product and it not only satisfied, but remained ‘low carb’. This is the best ‘rice’ option for diabetics, and those on a keto, or low carb, diet.

Good
Quantity is decent- there are 2 servings in one pack. Texture is sabudana-ish. Doesn’t taste of anything really. You can use it as filler in your food
