Better than ones that are twice the price .
Very well made, quality fittings included, and works very well. It's better than the Honeywell it replaced, and is a only a fraction of the price . It's easy to do, but make sure you know what you are doing, before you attempt this. There is plumbing and electrics to deal with . The original one may well be seized and require heat to get it off , a good plumbing wrench is also sensi see

Better quality ball valve mid port 22mm central heating valve
22mm Three port mid position central heating valve. This has a larger than average ball valve to block each port so reduces the chance of bleed through on the nopn wanted leg. Bought this to replace a (third time in 6 years) motorised valve bought from screwfix and it is perfect. Silent operation and doesn't get too hot in use. The only (slight) downside was this needed to have the old 22mm coupling off the pipework as it is a slightly different deptch pipe fitting ( a few mil) but that meant a little extra messing around before I could commision it. Great value.

Replaced a Drayton MA1
Good valve. Some sharp edges to the actuator cover but other than that OK. Quiet operation too. For me it was replacing a brand new Drayton MA1 which was simply not working as it should. So I decided to cut my losses & change manufacturers & for half the price of the Drayton. Valve bodies were similar dimensions so it was a straight swap without any pipework mods. Time will tell as to how reliable but so far a good alternative.
